Hiring Process

Application

We’ll review your CV and cover letter, assessing how right we feel you are for the role.

Interviews

We typically do a quick 15 min ‘round 1’ interview where we want to understand more about you (and you about us) and how well we think you’d fit into the team.

We then take some candidates through to a larger ‘round 2’ interview where we can dive into more detail (including asking you to prepare a short presentation on a technical subject of interest to the role).
